Kristan is an alumnus of The Institute of Culinary Education and has had the privilege of working in some of the finest kitchens, most recently with Chef Norberto Piattoni from Modesto and Meta and at the esteemed two-Michelin-star farm-to-table restaurant, Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Throughout her career, she has developed a broad skill set that reflects a variety of techniques and philosophies. Her experiences have instilled in her a keen attention to detail and a commitment to using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.
